If you cannot make it to a job that you accepted, then you need to email us as soon as possible so we can assist the client find an alternative. If you have turned down 3 jobs that you previously accepted, you may be disabled from HoppersHub.com.

If a client cancels, we will notify you and depending on time the job was canceled, there may be charges applied.

There are no membership fees for using HoppersHub.com. The only charges that we apply are job commission of 20%. So each job you complete successfully we’ll send you 80% of it.

You have the opportunity to rate a hopper after the job is done. Just navigate to the My Jobs section of the dashboard and find the job you want to leave a review for.

If a hopper doesn’t show up, you have the option of using the backup hopper, who you select when listing your task.

Yes, you can list as many jobs as you need help for. We advise clients to hire just enough hoppers to make sure communication is smooth.

Hiring a hopper takes just a few minutes, and depending on the hopper’s availability, they can be available at your location within 2 hours. It all depends on the hopper’s availability and we have many to choose from.

When a hopper accepts a job, you’ll pay 20% upfront to get the job started then pay the balance when the hopper has satisfactorily completed the job. When hopper completes the job you’ll need to log in to your account and mark it complete and make final payment.

First, you’ll need to register as a client. On your client dashboard, you’ll choose the type of task you want done and a list of hoppers in that section will be displayed. For each hopper, you’ll be able to see their past work experience and other details to help you make your decision.

Yes, all our hoppers go through background checks to verify their identity and to give our clients a sense of trust. At registration, hoppers pay a small non-refundable fee for this background check.

No, you don’t need any certification. However, we encourage hoppers to list any certifications they have on their profile. The important thing is to have experience in what tasks you take on.

It’s simple. All you do is go to this registration page. You’ll need to fill out all the information so your account gets processed quickly.
